Bread fruit can be eaten for breakfast, lunch and dinner! You can make sweet dishes, spicy dishes, fried dishes, can be eaten with meat fish, you name it!! Its a versatile fruit and if i were ever stranded on an island and i had mountains of bread fruit i would not want to leave!!                                                                                     My favorite is breadfruit cooked in sweetend coconut milk with dumplings made of rice flour for breakfast!
For lunch a spicy beef fry with a sauteéd bread fruit side dish( to replace potatoes)
For evening tea, fried slices of bread fruit( taste better than potatoe chips)
For dinner bread fruit curry with rice!!!
